Well Sports Fans, I am going to speak today about the 2025 WNBA Draft. But I am going to do something a bit different. I am going to talk about the possible landing spot teams for the three South Carolina Seniors, Te-Hina Paopao, Sania Feagin and Bree Hall. Why, because they deserve it. This trio has played on the best team in Women's College Basketball for the past four years. They are not just great players, but they are winners in every aspect of the game of basketball. So, let's get started. I want to start off by saying, I know the possibility of this happening would be a long shot, but I would like to see Paopao, Feagin and Hall join Kamilla Cardoso in Chicago. I truly would. Talk about one of the biggest Plot Twists in Women's Basketball history, WOW. But on the more realistic side, I think Paopao and Feagin could realistically go to the Chicago Sky. Paopao and Feagin should and are predicted to go in the first round, anywhere from #5 to #10 pick. If Paopao does not go to the Sky, I would like to see her go to the New York Liberty where she and Sabrina Ionescu would be two of the best outside sharpshooters in the WNBA. The pair could play off of each other, well. I heard talk earlier in the year that NY had interest in Paopao, so did The Las Vegas Aces. Pao would fit well with all three teams. Sania Feagin once again, would fit well with Cardoso in the front court in Chicago. And I am going to make a statement that some people will disagree with, but if Sania Feagin was drafted to the Sky, my starting front court would be, Cardoso and Feagin and my backcourt would be Paopao, Vandersloot and Rebecca Allen. I am sorry sports fans; Angel Reese would come off the bench. Sania Feagin has over a 60% field goal percentage as opposed to Angel Reese's 39%, under the basket. Feagin can dominate under the boards and has a good outside shot. Other teams that would be a good fit for Sania Feagin would be Indiana, Seattle, Washington and Las Vegas Aces. The Aces definitely need another big that can shoot, rebound, rim protect and help Aja Wilson. This is what they were lacking last season. Bree Hall would fit with Chicago as the #3 guard. Her stellar defense and outside shooting ability would fit perfect with Paopao, Hall, Allen, Feagin and Cardoso. Bree would also be a fit for Washington or the LA Sparks, which would make the Sparks a Championship Contender with the present pieces they have. And check this out, if Bree went to Indiana and played with Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston, along with the new pieces they just picked up, Indiana would take the Championship away from New York. Bree is an outstanding two-way player with a high basketball IQ. If any combination of the 3 players go to either of these teams, they will make a BIG difference. Chicago, Indiana, LA or Las Vegas, any of those teams could be a Championship Contender this season with the trio. And in my opinion, Paopao, Hall and Feagin should go in the first round as well as starting for any of the teams they are drafted to. Let's see what happens on Monday April 14, 2025, 7:30 PM Eastern Time on ESPN. See you there!
